Growing up, I was hooked on a show called Pimp My Ride. A beat-up car would roll in, and by the end of the episode it was unrecognizable, the owner either grinning ear to ear or too stunned to speak.

That reaction, somewhere between delight and disbelief, is what I chase with every project I take on.
